A criação da “Medicina Integrada” vem após várias experiências dentro da medicina ao longo de 30 anos de atividades. É fruto de uma profunda reflexão em psiquiatria e psicoterapia de psiquiatria dinâmica dentro do meio médico de nossa região.

Entrepreneurial Psychiatry

The use of concepts, knowledge, and life experiences acquired along the evolution of this area of medicine—psychiatry—, though it is a relatively new field in Brazil, has been of significant value when we talk of enterprises and entrepreneurs.

The increasingly complex world involves all those who integrate a company. Its external links to suppliers, associates, as well as the demanding and competitive external market, may sometimes obscure internal elements. These, undoubtedly, constitute the main features at work when one talks about a crisis in a corporation. When we understand that an organization is a dynamic, living organism in constant evolution, we are able to recognize that the crises, which this structure undergoes, derive from its own existence and from its life moment. We can also realize that they result from a summation of constituents that entails the mental and physical health of each and every one of its elements, especially of those directly in charge of decision-making—the executive group.

Attention to this group, caring for it, and providing early diagnosis of its conflicts can relieve pain, inhibit the flow of mistakes, and manage the company back again to its evolving and competitive position. This forms the supportive foundation of a healthy and profitable company.
